WHO WE SERVE + WHY IT MATTERS
Perinatal
-
Pregnancy brings incredible changes to the body. As your baby grows, changes in posture, center of gravity, hormones, and ligament laxity can place additional stress on the pelvis, spine, and nervous system.
The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment designed for pregnancy. It focuses on identifying and reducing sacral and pelvic dysfunction while addressing tension within the surrounding muscles and ligaments. The goal is to support proper pelvic biomechanics, nervous system function, and greater balance throughout pregnancy.
Webster Technique does not turn or reposition babies. Instead, by supporting optimal pelvic function and reducing tension within the structures surrounding the uterus, we aim to create a more balanced environment for both mom and baby.
-
Our pregnancy chiropractic care goes beyond simply addressing aches and pains. We focus on helping your nervous system and body remain as adaptable and balanced as possible through every trimester and as you prepare for birth.
Gentle, specific chiropractic care during pregnancy may support:
Pelvic and sacral balance
Healthy nervous system regulation
Improved mobility and comfort
Reduced tension through the hips, pelvis, and low back
Greater adaptability to the physical changes of pregnancy
Optimal pelvic biomechanics as the body prepares for labor and birth
Our goal is to help you feel supported, connected, and confident in your body throughout pregnancy, birth, and the transition into motherhood.
-
Birth may be the end of pregnancy, but it is only the beginning of your body’s recovery. The fourth trimester brings significant physical, hormonal, and neurological changes while your body is simultaneously adapting to feeding, carrying, rocking, disrupted sleep, and the demands of caring for your baby.
Whether you experienced a vaginal birth, C-section, assisted delivery, or a birth that simply didn’t go as planned, pregnancy and delivery can place tremendous demands on the spine, pelvis, and nervous system.
Postpartum chiropractic care provides gentle, individualized support as your body begins to recover, rebalance, and adapt to this new season.
Families
-
The nervous system doesn’t experience life in isolation and neither does your family. Stress from busy schedules, work, lack of sleep, pregnancy, parenting, school, sports, and everyday life can place significant demands on both parents and children.
Children are also deeply influenced by the emotional and physiological cues of their caregivers. This is called co-regulation. Before children fully develop the ability to regulate their own emotions and stress responses, they rely heavily on safe, connected interactions with their parents to help them settle, feel secure, and return to a calmer state.
That’s one reason we love caring for the whole family. Nervous system-focused chiropractic care supports each family member’s ability to better adapt to stress. When parents prioritize their own nervous system health and regulation, they may also be better equipped to provide the calm, connected presence their children rely on for co-regulation.
-
Our goal isn’t simply to help your family feel better, it’s to help build greater resilience and adaptability within each individual nervous system.
Through gentle, specific chiropractic care, we focus on supporting healthy brain-body communication and the nervous system’s ability to shift appropriately between states of activity, stress, rest, and recovery.
For parents, that may mean feeling more equipped to handle the demands of everyday life. For children, having a regulated and connected caregiver provides an important foundation for developing their own capacity for emotional regulation and resilience.
When we support both sides of that relationship, we’re caring for more than individual nervous systems - we’re supporting a healthier, more connected family.
Pediatrics
-
A baby’s nervous system develops at an incredible rate from the very beginning and one of the first major physical stressors they experience is birth itself.
Even during an uncomplicated birth, a newborn’s head, neck, and spine experience significant forces as they move through the birth process. Long or very fast labors, C-sections, breech positioning, vacuum or forceps assistance, and other birth interventions can add additional physical stress.
This is why we often talk about birth being a baby’s first opportunity for subluxation - a pattern of spinal and nervous system dysfunction that may affect how efficiently the brain and body communicate, regulate, and adapt.
Because the nervous system plays an important role in sleep, digestion, feeding, movement, regulation, and development, checking a baby’s nervous system early allows us to identify areas of stress and support a strong neurological foundation from the start.

Pediatric chiropractic is not an adult adjustment on a tiny body. Care is gentle, specific, and adapted to your child’s age, development, and individual nervous system.
During infancy, parents may seek care for concerns surrounding feeding or latch, tension or favoring one side, difficulty settling, sleep, digestion, reflux-like symptoms, constipation, or general discomfort.
As babies grow, their nervous systems must continually adapt to rapid development. Tummy time, head control, rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, walking, speech, and other developmental milestones require incredible coordination between the brain and body. Growth spurts and new milestones can bring new physical and neurological demands as well.
And pediatric chiropractic doesn’t stop once they start walking.
As children enter the preschool and school-aged years, their nervous systems face an entirely new set of demands…learning, sitting in the classroom, sports and activities, falls and injuries, screen time, busy schedules, social and emotional stress, and increasing academic demands. Parents may begin noticing challenges with posture, sleep, focus, headaches, growing discomforts, coordination, emotional regulation, or simply handling everyday stress.
Through each stage, our neurologically focused approach looks at how well your child’s nervous system is regulating, adapting, and recovering rather than waiting for a problem to appear.
From your newborn’s first days to your school-aged child and teen, our goal is to support a strong, resilient, and adaptable nervous system giving them a healthy neurological foundation as they grow, learn, play, and thrive.
Fertility Support
-
Fertility is influenced by many factors, including hormones, reproductive health, overall health, and stress. The nervous system helps coordinate the body’s stress response and communicates with the systems involved in reproductive function.
When the body is experiencing prolonged physical or emotional stress, it may spend more time in a protective “fight or flight” state. Nervous system-based chiropractic care is designed to support better regulation and adaptability, helping create a healthier foundation as you prepare for pregnancy.
-
Every fertility journey is different. Whether you’re preparing to conceive naturally or navigating fertility treatments, our goal is to support your body through this season.
Through gentle, specific chiropractic care, we focus on nervous system regulation, reducing patterns of physical tension, and supporting healthy spinal and pelvic function. Chiropractic care does not treat infertility, but it can complement your fertility plan by supporting your overall nervous system health, stress resilience, and well-being as your body prepares for pregnancy.
Disconnected Kids
-
When your child is struggling with ADHD, autism, sensory processing challenges, anxiety, emotional regulation, sleep, focus, or behavior, it can feel like you’re constantly searching for answers but never quite getting to the root of what’s going on.
Often, these challenges don’t begin with just one thing. Stress during pregnancy, birth interventions or birth trauma, early childhood illness, environmental stressors, and ongoing physical and emotional stress can begin to stack up. We call this The Perfect Storm.
When a developing nervous system becomes overwhelmed by more stress than it can effectively process and adapt to, it can become stuck in patterns of fight-or-flight, shutdown, or dysregulation. Instead of simply asking “What’s wrong?” we look deeper at how your child’s nervous system is functioning and what may be keeping them from feeling safe, regulated, and connected.
-
Our neurologically focused pediatric chiropractic approach is designed to meet your child exactly where they are. We use advanced neurological scans to better understand patterns of stress and dysregulation within the nervous system and gentle, specific chiropractic adjustments to support healthier nervous system function and adaptability.
Our goal isn’t to change who your child is. It’s to support their nervous system so they have a stronger foundation for sleep, focus, sensory processing, emotional regulation, connection, learning, and development.
Whether your child experiences ADHD, autism, sensory challenges, anxiety, behavioral struggles, or simply seems to be stuck in a constant state of overwhelm, we want families to find something they may have been searching for for a long time: answers, understanding, and hope.
Red Light Therapy
-
Red Light Therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to deliver light energy to the body’s cells. Our Hooga ULTRA provides multiple therapeutic wavelengths designed to reach both more superficial tissues and deeper structures.
When this light is absorbed by the cells, it interacts with the mitochondria, the part of the cell responsible for producing energy. This process can support the production of ATP, the cellular energy your brain and body rely on for everyday function, repair, and recovery.
Red and near-infrared light can also influence cellular signaling, circulation, and the body’s inflammatory and restorative processes. Because the brain and nervous system have particularly high energy demands, photobiomodulation is also being studied for its potential to support neurological and cognitive function.
Rather than forcing the body to do something, red light therapy provides light energy that can help support the cellular processes the body already uses to function, adapt, repair, and recover.
-
When our cells have the energy and resources they need, the effects can extend far beyond muscles and joints. Supporting mitochondrial and cellular function can provide a foundation for both physical and neurological wellness.
Red and near-infrared light therapy may support:
Brain health and cognitive function
Mental clarity, focus, and attention
Relaxation and nervous system recovery
Healthy sleep and circadian rhythms
Cellular energy and overall vitality
Muscle and joint recovery
Healthy circulation
A balanced inflammatory response
Tissue repair and recovery
Skin health and cellular rejuvenation
At Lumina, Red Light Therapy complements our nervous system-focused approach by supporting the body from the cellular level, helping create an environment where the brain and body have the resources they need to regulate, recover, and function optimally.
